Use downloads included with a membership or offered by the publisher. Avoid unofficial mirrors, which introduce malware, incorrect files and unclear consent or licensing.
Choose the right quality
Select a resolution your headset can decode and your storage can accommodate. An 8K HEVC file is a common high-quality choice for current standalone headsets; extremely high bitrates may be harder to play smoothly.
Transfer to the headset
Connect the headset to a computer with USB, approve file access inside the headset and copy the authorized video into a clearly named folder. Alternatively, use a trusted local-network method supported by your player.
Manage privacy and storage
Use a device passcode, understand synced-media features, and delete files when no longer needed. Do not upload private viewing history or files to unrelated cloud services.
